Ford changed the axle design in 2005 on their Heavy Duty trucks. These sleeves correct camber and caster on these F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks. Use the 23229 zero degree sleeve to determine the amount of change needed.

These popular sleeves are widely used to adjust caster and/ or camber on many Ford and Mazda RWD & 4WD trucks. To install, simply loosen and remove upper ball joint pinch bolt. Remove top snap ring if one is present. Use 77880 or 88830 sleeve puller to remove the existing sleeve. To split camber and caster adjustment, rotate sleeve 45°. Save time during alignment, use 23199 zero degree sleeve to determine initial readings, then install correct sleeve. Note: Sleeves adjust to a smaller degree on Ford and Mazda 4WD light trucks/SUVS.

Get your drivability and tracking back: When you lift your truck you affect caster and camber. SPC's arms have +1° of caster built into them. Using its patented ball joint design the arm will get you 0° to +4° of caster and ±2° of camber.

Get your tire where you want it in the wheel well: Use adjustment in the control arm and on the OE lower cams to maximize alignment angles adn move oversized tires forward in the wheel well to minimize or avoid fender trimming.

Change camber,caster, or both on twin traction beam Dana 44s with these sleeves. Simply remove the tire, cotter pin and upper ball joint stud nut and break the taper free between the stud and sleeve. Using a sleeve puller, remove the existing sleeve. Unstall zero degree sleeve 23109 to determine the change needed, then install the correct sleeve. To split camber and caster adjustment, rotate sleeve 45°. Set 23100 contaings 1 each: 23101, 23102, 23103, 23104, 23105, 23106, 23107, 23108, 23109

Use rotary file #85130 to extend the factory toe slot and take advantage of the full change provided by teh SPC's extended toe cam bolt.

Use this kit to take advantage of a full ±2° adjustment or simple replace corroded and damaged toe cams on teh Acura RDX. Depending on how much change you need, you may need to use rotary file #85130 to extend factory toe slot and take full advantage of the extended range on this cam bolt. Kit is sold per side, one cam bolt per kit.
