To correct camber remove the O.E. lower control arm attaching bolt and move arm away from the bracket. Using 73010 Punch, enlarge the hole in the bracket and re-attach the lower control arm using the correct mm bolt. To adjust, rotate the cam bolt. Note: make sure bolt is long enough before cutting hole.

CASTER/CAMBER ADJ ARM
Modernize your '64.5 to '66 Ford front suspension by installing an adjustable upper control arm and adjustable strut rod from SPC. SPC has built in 3° of caster into the upper arm to improve return to center with today's radial tires. The adjustable strut rod features low durometer OE-style bushings to protect the chassis mount and allows for easy caster adjustment, similari to later Ford vehicles. The camber curve has been optimized by building Shelby Drop geometry into the billet aluminum cross shaft. Camber can be adjusted by positioning the ball joint plate to -2°, -1° or 0° and kit includes .25° and .50° shims for fine-tuning. Use this arm with either an OE style spring/shock or an aftermarket coilover kit. SPC's arm comes equipped with a stock style ball joint and all of the mounting hardware.

If you are running modern radial tires you should not follow factory alignment specifications for caster, SPC recommends 3° of caster to promote return to center steering. Stock strut rods on the 1st generation Mustangs are non-adjustable and often have worn bushings that can cause unwanted movement of the lower rod assembly and poor handling. A must for early Mustangs, SPC's adjustable caster rod features low durometer OE-style bushings to protect the chassis mount from damage and has easy caster adjustment. It will provide the positive caster needed for improved tracking and modern geometry. If you want to adjust camber as well, look at SPC control arm kit # 94215.
